More than 20 companies participating in Envase 2019 at Brazilian booth Think Plastic Brazil showed that sustainability, design and innovation are the pillars appreciated by international buyers. The Brazilian presence in the event brought amazing outcomes: 570 business meetings; U$D1.06 million generated during the event and perspectives of more than U$D7.6 million in the 12 months following the event. The action occurred in September received buyers from Argentina; Bolivia; Chile; Colombia; Ecuador; Paraguay; Peru and Uruguay.

Innovation and Sustainability in Lectures
Parallel to the fair, there was a series of lectures on sustainability and innovation at “Jornada de Envase y Medio Ambiente” (Round of Packaging and Environment). One of the themes showed was ‘BIG BAGS: SEGURIDAD, SOSTENIBILIDAD Y REDUCCION DE COSTOS ESENCIALES’ (Big Bags: Safety, Sustainability and reduction of essential costs), promoted by Eliana Andrade de Souza, from Destak Big Bags.
