Created in 2003, it is promoted by INP - National Institute of Plastics, in partnership with Apex-Brasil - Brazilian Agency for the Promotion of Exports and Investments, with the institutional support of ABIPLAST - Brazilian Association of Plastic Industry and ABIQUIM - Association Brazilian Chemical Industry.
