Think Plastic Brazil and Global Plastic Summit 2020 partnership invite brazilian project’s companies to participate at global event

Think Plastic Brazil

The 8th edition of the event promoted by IHS Markit and Plastics Industry Association will be held online from October 21st to 23rd

In 2020, specialists from Think Plastic Brazil will participate in the GPS (Global Plastic Summit) Online, a world event that provides perspectives for the entire plastic production chain (producers, transformers and retailers). The invitation to the team of the export and internationalization program of the Brazilian Transformed Plastic Industry, created by the INP (National Plastic Institute) in partnership with Apex-Brasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency), is the first step in a strategic alliance established with 2020 GPS. The partnership was mediated by BRATECC (Brazil-Texas Chamber of Commerce), devoted to fostering business and friendship among American and Brazilian companies in many diverse industries.

2020 GPS Online will present the following premise:

“As the world enters a new decade, historical assumptions about the evolution of plastics and their role in society are changing as the global industry expands and adapts to the COVID-19 pandemics.  Moving toward a circular economy and sustainability are some of the top priorities for plastics industry organizations. Increased geopolitical awareness, emphasis on corporate social responsibility and attention to environmental concerns have created significant challenges and opportunities for plastic businesses around the world. How will the industry respond and adapt to the forces that are reshaping the role of plastics in society?

In order to mark this global partnership, companies participating in Think Plastic Brazil will benefit from 20% discount on registrations at this important event.
