Haroldo da Silva, PhD researcher in Social Sciences at the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP), Master in Economic Development from the Federal University of Paraná (UFPR), and Chief Economist at ABIT (Brazilian Association of the Textile and Clothing Industry).
