In accordance with Brazilian data protection legislation and/or any applicable international legislation, the client authorizes THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL, as a result of this form, to access, use, maintain, and process personal information and data collected by THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL or provided by the client (“Protected Data”), compatible with the purposes of this form, action/product currently adhered to, including for informational and advertising purposes. THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL will use such data for administration, management, execution, and coordination with partners of the presented action. If applicable, it will also use them for communication and research with the client, limited to activities/information related to the agreed object and/or other products/services provided by THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL that align with the client’s profile (strategic segmentation).
THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL will delete protected personal information in the following cases: (i) cancellation of registration; or (ii) request for deletion of protected personal information.
As an exception, THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL will not delete protected personal information in cases of legitimate interest in its respective use. For example, THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL may retain protected personal information, such as email, device identifier, financial transaction identifiers (“hashes”), for the purposes of: (i) dispute resolution; (ii) compliance with legal instruments; or (iii) to satisfy requests or legal requisitions from competent authorities. In these cases, protected personal information may not be used for any purpose other than those specified herein. Additionally, if you are a user of our websites or other products and services, the personal information processed will be collected, processed, and stored directly or indirectly by THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL and/or product or service suppliers/partners of the Sectoral Program, also subject to the same standards of data protection and security as provided for in the legislation. Furthermore, such information may be transferred to our servers in Brazil or other countries where THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL has a branch or business.
Regardless of where the information is located, THINK PLASTIC BRAZIL takes responsible measures to protect, within reasonable limits, your privacy rights, primarily based on the principles governing data protection legislation, especially on your express consent and the legitimacy of the interest in use. If you do not agree with the collection, processing, storage, and transfer of your information, do not provide the information when requested and cease using our websites and other products and services.
