Brazil shows potential for national packaging and solutions at Envase 2019

The over 20 companies participating in Envase 2019 at Brazilian booth Think Plastic Brazil showed that sustainability, design and innovation are the pillars appreciated by international buyers. The Brazilian presence in the event brought amazing outcomes: 570 business meetings; U$D1.06 million generated during the event and perspectives of more than U$D7.6 in the 12 months following the event. The action occurred in September received buyers from Argentina; Bolivia; Chile; Colombia; Ecuador; Paraguay; Peru and Uruguay.

About Envase 2019
Brazil is one of the main countries in the event, and had its companies depicted in the fair institutional video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0HPbBHzBZH4). With 300 exhibitors, 250 booths, 20 thousand square meters of fair and 22 thousand visitors, the meeting in Argentina is one of the most important in packaging sector within Mercosur, showing launchings, technological news and trends in processes.
Innovation and Sustainability in Lectures
Parallel to the fair, there was a series of lectures on sustainability and innovation at “Jornada de Envase y Medio Ambiente” (Round of Packaging and Environment). One of the themes showed at night was ‘BIG BAGS: SEGURIDAD, SOSTENIBILIDAD Y REDUCCION DE COSTOS ESENCIALES’ (Big Bags: Safety, Sustainability and reduction of essential costs), promoted by Eliana Andrade de Souza, from Destak Big Bags.
