The participation of Colorfix Masterbatches at Hannover Messe 2026, held from April 20 to 24 in Hannover, Germany, consolidated the presence of the Brazilian converted plastics industry on one of the main global stages for industrial innovation. Part of the Brazilian pavilion organized by ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and supported by Think Plastic Brazil, the company introduced solutions aligned with sustainability and production efficiency to the international market at a strategic time. In 2026, Brazil was the event’s partner country, positioning itself as a driving force for sustainable industrial transformation at one of the premier global gatherings for technology and innovation. The official opening ceremony was attended by President Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva, underscoring the strategic relevance of Brazil’s participation.
Think Plastic Brazil is a portfolio of solutions for the converted plastics products sector in the internationalization process for strategic markets, carried out through a partnership between ApexBrasil and the INP (Brazilian Plastic Institute).
Considered the world’s leading showcase for the industry, Hannover Messe brought together exhibitors and visitors from various sectors, including advanced manufacturing, engineering, energy, information technology, and industrial solutions. The trade show also establishes itself as a forum to discuss the challenges and pathways of the global industry, with an emphasis on topics such as decarbonization, the circular economy, and technological innovation.
During the event, Colorfix highlighted its portfolio of solutions, with special emphasis on the Revora line. Among the key highlights were Revora CO2RE and Revora Poly-G, a technology featuring graphene additives that demonstrated the potential to significantly reduce plastic mass in applications such as shrink and stretch films, while simultaneously improving mechanical properties and allowing downgauging of materials.
According to Manoel Fardo, partner and company representative at the show: “Participating in Hannover Messe 2026 confirmed that we are on the right track. We brought solutions to the European market that combine performance and environmental responsibility, and we observed genuine interest, especially in our PCR portfolio. Being among the Brazilian companies at an event of this magnitude, and as the sole representatives of the masterbatch segment, reinforces Colorfix’s potential on the global stage. We leave Hannover with strategic connections, new opportunities, and the certainty that our products have international market space and relevance.”
The event’s agenda included conferences, forums, and business roundtables, fostering knowledge exchange and networking with global players. The Brazilian presence, led by Think Plastic Brazil, also played a strategic role in expanding the international visibility of the sector.
“Attending Hannover Messe reinforces Brazil’s positioning as a relevant partner in sustainable industrial transformation, while opening new business opportunities and technological partnerships,” points out Carlos Moreira, Executive Director of INP and Project Director at Think Plastic Brazil.
With positive results and strong international interest, Brazil’s participation at Hannover Messe 2026 reaffirms the commitment of the Brazilian industry to innovative solutions aligned with the circular economy and the reduction of environmental impacts—topics that are increasingly central to the global agenda.
