The desiccant solutions specialist presented its global strategy and expanded business opportunities in strategic markets.

Splack, a company specialized in producing desiccant solutions for various industries — with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, and logistics sectors —, was present at Interpack in Düsseldorf, Germany, from May 7 to 13, with the primary goal of strengthening the brand’s footprint in the European market.

Founded in 1996, the company invests continuously in its internationalization process and has recently achieved a major expansion through a joint venture with the Mexican company Camen Química. “Splack’s international operations began in 2002, and the company currently exports to more than 15 countries across the Americas, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia. Its participation in Interpack started in 2011. In this edition, for the third time, Splack had its own individual booth, where it presented its full line of products, mostly manufactured in Brazil, in addition to items also produced in Mexico,” reports Carlos Moreira, Brazilian Plastic Institute Executive Director & Think Plastic Brazil CPO. Think Plastic Brazil is the Brazilian Converted Plastics Export and Internationalization Program, which offers a portfolio of solutions for the converted plastics sector in its internationalization process towards target markets, carried out through a partnership between ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and INP (Brazilian Plastic Institute).

As part of the strategy to serve the European market more efficiently, the company established a partnership with YECLA Dry Groupe, which is responsible for the storage and distribution of Splack products in Europe, ensuring greater logistical agility and closer proximity to customers in the region.

During Interpack, the booth welcomed visitors from different parts of the world, primarily from Europe, the Middle East, and Asia, as well as representatives from major South American industries.

According to Luciano Villano Almeida, the company’s Commercial Director, participating in the trade show reinforces Splack’s international positioning and expands business opportunities in strategic markets for the company. Its presence at Interpack also enabled the strengthening of relationships with global clients and partners, alongside the prospecting of new opportunities for international expansion.

Splack stands out in the international market due to its offer of customized desiccant solutions, developed to protect products against moisture and extend their shelf life, especially in the pharmaceutical sector. The company combines different formats, such as sachets, capsules, and caps with integrated desiccants, with high quality standards and production control, ensuring safety, reliability, and compliance with the regulations and requirements of each application.
