The yearbook’s third edition, published in Portuguese, English, and Spanish, gathers information on the Brazilian processed plastic sector and the internationalization process, in addition to portfolio of products of companies that integrate the sectorial project.  The main novelty is the layout and content organization, which were reformatted to highlight the companies and their portfolios.

Currently, 190 companies participate in Think Plastic Brazil project, 142 of them are exporting companies. From January to December 2022, the amount exported by the companies in the portfolio was US$ 449.13 million, 8.67% increase against the same period of the previous year. 140 tons were exported, 0.21% rise against the previous year.

The five main destinations of exports represented 70.62% of exports in 2022, against 66.79% in 2021.  The main destinations of the associated companies’ exports in the period, in 2022, were:  Argentina (25.10%), United States (16.18%), Chile (12.10%), Paraguay (8.90%) and Uruguay (8.34%).
