Valgroup gathered major national and international brands in Lorena for the reopening of the LTC (Load Test Center), a space for experimentation, co-creation, and development of technological solutions for the company’s plastic packaging division, which celebrates its 50th anniversary in 2026. The meeting featured presentations by the company’s leadership, addressing the key pillars of its market operations. Eduardo Berkovitz, Director of Institutional Relations and Compliance, presented the company’s institutional vision and growth trajectory. Larissa D’Otaviano, Sustainability Director, reinforced the importance of this area in the company’s decision-making and the impacts of the Plastic Decree on the sector.
A member of Think Plastic Brazil — the portfolio of solutions for the converted plastics products sector in the internationalization process for target markets, carried out through a partnership between ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and the INP (Brazilian Plastic Institute) — Valgroup delivers innovation, sustainability, and operational efficiency with this reopening.
As detailed by João Alves, Innovation Manager, the structure of the LTC and the investments made expand the capacity for testing, validation, and joint development with clients. The Machine and Digital Printing units were also highlighted, with Bruno Rosa and Marcus Corrêa presenting technological advances, strategic functions, and increases in efficiency, quality, and competitiveness. This included a demonstration of personalized labels for guests, showcasing high graphic variability without the need for cylinders or plates, thereby reducing lead times and expanding production flexibility.
