The acquisition enhances Valgroup’s expertise in its segment and reinforces its commitment to continuous innovation and sustainable leadership, constantly seeking ways to drive the plastic packaging sector towards more sustainable and efficient practices.

The investment is part of the company’s growth plan, as emphasized by Eduardo Berkovitz, Director of Institutional Relations and Compliance at Valgroup: “This is another move in our journey of growth and innovation. We are excited about the possibilities this acquisition will bring, expanding our ability to meet market demands and offer even more customized solutions to our customers.”
