Plastics Sector

Think Plastic Brazil

Associate of Think Plastic Brazil, portfolio of solutions for the converted plastic products sector in the internationalization process for target markets, carried out through a partnership between ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and INP (Brazilian Plastics Institute), Valgroup has been a leader in the flexible packaging market for over 45 years. It recently launched a new business unit dedicated to Digital Printing, reinforcing its commitment to innovation and global expansion.

The new digital printing unit is a transformative technological shift that offers unprecedented flexibility. Focused on meeting the demands of a small volume market, the technology enables the production of personalized packaging with agility and precision, allowing customers to explore new horizons of creativity, versatility and efficiency.

In addition to production, Valgroup is committed to a complete 360º experience. From initial design to final delivery, the company accompanies its partners at each stage, ensuring that all their needs are fully met. “This commitment is strengthened by the dedication to sustainability, with the use of resins derived from mechanical and advanced recycling processes, consolidating Valgroup as a reference in the production, conversion and recycling of plastic” – explains Eduardo Berkovitz, Director of Institutional Relations and Compliance at Valgroup.

The new unit offers digital printing services for flexible packaging in any single-layer or laminated structure, supplied on reels or in pouches in the most diverse formats. Furthermore, it provides maximum customization and personalization, allowing the use of random data in texts, numbers and images. This capability ensures that each package is unique, meeting the specific needs of each customer.

To ensure the most advanced and efficient offering in the digital printing segment, Valgroup chose the HP Indigo 200K printer, the first of this model in South America. The dedicated unit includes all necessary finishing processes, such as multi-layer lamination and formatting of pouches in different ways.

To learn more about digital printing services, interested parties can follow Valgroup on the website valgroupco.com, on social media and at events, with demonstrations of what the new unit can offer.
