In its second edition, the World Plastic Connection Summit is the most important international event of the Brazilian converted plastics sector for business and knowledge renewal, held in a hybrid format (online and in person). The event, whose motto is “Innovation, Design and Sustainability as global differentiators in the Brazilian converted plastics sector,” is open for registration at https://thinkplasticbrazil.com/wpc_summit_2022/.
WHAT IS IT?
In its second edition, it is the most important international event in the Brazilian converted plastics sector for business and knowledge renewal, held in a hybrid format (online and in person). It will be bringing together representatives of the verticals of:
Agribusiness;
Toys and Childcare;
Construction;
Packaging;
Inputs;
Housewares.
It is carried out by Think Plastic Brazil, the Brazilian Converted Plastics Export and Internationalization Program, promoted by the INP (National Plastics Institute), in partnership with ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency).
WHEN AND WHERE WILL IT BE HELD?
The Summit will be held on November 7-10 at the Blue Tree Premium hotel in Alphaville (Alameda Madeira, 398, Alphaville) in the city of Barueri, São Paulo, Brazil
EVENTS THAT MAKE UP THE SUMMIT
Digital International Seminar (11/7-8): A technical seminar bringing together the most important global professionals. Charles Diesendruck, Professor at Technion University (Israel); Rossana Orlandi, designer (Italy); Susanna Björklund, journalist and futurist (Finland); and Alexandre Herchcovitch, fashion designer (Brazil) are some of the names already confirmed.
International Color Trend 2023 (11/8): Curated by Alexandre Herchcovitch, the International Color Trends Guide is a study of color trends that presents production and development possibilities to Brazilian companies.
International Yearbook (11/8): Yearbook in three languages ??(Portuguese, English, and Spanish), presenting information about the sector and Brazilian companies participating in Think Plastic Brazil.
International Award (11/8): Award for companies that stood out in their internationalization processes. This year marks the debut of a new category (World Plastic Global Design Award) for original sustainable design and eco-design projects.
Buyers and Press Project International Show (11/9-10): At the Blue Tree Premium Alphaville Hotel, member companies of the Think Plastic Brazil Program welcome international buyers and journalists.
