Think Plastic Brazil took 32 Brazilian companies to CirclePack 2026, held from April 14 to 16 in Santiago, Chile, strengthening the converted plastics sector’s presence at one of Latin America’s leading packaging industry gatherings. The initiative is the result of a partnership between ApexBrasil (Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency) and the INP (Brazilian Plastic Institute).

During the three-day event, the Brazilian delegation made 411 commercial contacts and participated in 639 business meetings. As a result, US$ 2.5 million in immediate business was recorded, with an expectation of US$ 13 million over the next 12 months.

For Carlos Moreira, Brazilian Plastic Institute Executive Director & Think Plastic Brazil CPO, the participation reinforces the international positioning of Brazilian companies. “CirclePack is a strategic environment for expanding connections and identifying concrete business opportunities. The results show that Brazil remains competitive, with solutions aligned with global demands for innovation and sustainability,” he says.

The participating companies presented a diversified portfolio, with solutions in flexible and rigid packaging, and technologies focused on productive efficiency and the circular economy. The Brazilian presence also contributed to strengthening relationships with buyers and partners in the region, expanding the reach of brands in the Latin American market.

The overall assessment of the participation was positive: 50% of the companies rated the experience as very satisfactory and 46.8% as satisfactory, while 78% indicated interest in participating in future editions. In total, 32 evaluation forms were recorded.

With the results achieved, participation in CirclePack 2026 consolidates the role of Think Plastic Brazil as a platform for supporting internationalization, promoting the competitiveness of the Brazilian industry and expanding its insertion into strategic markets.
