Word Plastic Connection Summit 2023 has record results

The results of the World Plastic Connection Summit 2023 were surprising: during the two days of the Buyers Project (23 and 24 August), participating companies closed US$4.8 million in business, with an expectation of another US$37.5 million in the next 12 months. The 121 companies held 930 meetings with the 31 invited international buyers.

“The World Plastic Connection Summit, a project carried out by Think Plastic Brazil in partnership with ApexBrasil, is extremely important for the process of internationalization of the Brazilian processed plastics sector in terms of the civil construction, household appliances, toys & childcare verticals. , packaging, agribusiness and inputs for processing. For a year, the Portfolio carries out its projects promoting SUMMIT globally and during it it is possible to connect with all the main stakeholders. All of this allowed us to achieve these great results presented in this 2023 edition”, declared Carlos Moreira, Strategy and Project Planning Manager at Think Plastic Brazil.
